Partnerships

The Abilene Area Food Pantry, Clothing and Thrift Shop aid primarily the residents of Dickinson County.  However, they also assist other charity organizations with special projects.

The Food Pantry partners:

• Community Meal

• KSU Extension Council

• Trinity Lutheran Church

• Solomon and Herington communities – federal commodity distribution

The Clothing and Thrift Shop partners:

• Asbury House (support for domestic violence survivors)

• OCCK (Occupational Center for Central Kansas)

• Hope and Care for Children, Inc.

• Salina Rescue Mission

Both the Pantry and Clothing/Thrift shop partner with:

• Neighbor to Neighbor

• Hope Center
